Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid on a single minimum Rs. 1,000 retail transactions made through HDFC Bank Credit Cards between May 21st and June 30th, 2020.
2. The maximum reward points that can be earned using this offer is 200.
3. The maximum number of transactions for which additional reward points can be earned using this offer is 10.
4. Card Holder will be eligible for the offer only if transactions are completed during the offer period.
5. This offer is not valid on cash withdrawal and loan products like EasyEMI spends, Dial-An-EMI, Cash-on-Call, Balance Transfer, Balance Transfer on EMI, Personal Loan on Credit Card, etc.
6. Reward Points will be credited to the customer who meet the transaction target by 30th September 2020.
7. Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and card membership fees will not be considered for this offer.
8. Eligible Cardholders achieving the spend threshold (for the net amount spent excluding cancellation and refunds) will qualify for the offer
9. Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Business Cards, Value Plus Cards, and Staff Cards are excluded from the promotion.
10. Cards that do not have reward points concept are excluded from the promotion.
11. Millenia, Easy EMI, Freedom, IndianOil, and Jet Credit Cards are excluded from the promotion.
12. Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
13. This offer is non-encashable, not extendable, and non-negotiable.
14. If a cardmember has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
15. Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and Card Account Fees will not be considered for this offer.
16. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
17. No two offers running on HDFC Bank Credit Cards can be clubbed together.
18. Merchant shall be responsible for the fulfillment of the order.
19. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
20. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ”best-effort“ basis.
21. The above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Card members only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement.
