Alternative to Microsoft Office

As all computer users are aware that Microsoft Office package is an important resource software which should be present on each and every computer. Microsoft Office package contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher and Access. And these are very essential applications in our computer life.

 But to buy the Genuine Package of Microsoft Office you need to pay huge onetime fee to Microsoft and secondly after paying also there are limitations of computer, the software license of Microsoft Office which you buy are for limited computers only. 

 So now let’s come on to the main topic of our post title, if you want to get free software without paying like Microsoft Office than you can go for alternative of it which is called OpenOffice from Apache. Open Office is a freeware software which includes all features which are provided by Microsoft Office. 

 If you don’t have enough economy to buy the Microsoft Office than no need to worry you can get same software like Microsoft Office for free of cost. To download Open Office go to openoffice.org and download you copy for your computer. Open Office is available for Windows, MAC OS X and Linux.

    OpwnOffice is one possibilty, but not the best. It is slow, full of oddities, it has a clunky user interface, and a (sometimes) horrible interoperability with Microsoft Office formats.

    I strongly recommend SoftMaker FreeOffice instead. That's a free office suite with an excellent compatibility with Microsoft Office, in both directions. That's worth a lot, because because doc(x) - Word, xls(x) - Excel, and ppt(x) - PowerPoint are worldwide defacto standard. A good alternative office suite should be able to handle these formats faithfully - OpenOffice isn't, SoftMaker FreeOffice is.

    Over and above that, it's a pretty well coded, fast and reliable piece of software. Everyone who's interested to try it out can download it in either a Windows, or a Linux version from this website:
