1.This offer is a joint promotional initiative provided by Netmeds Marketplace Limited, ("Merchant") and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon"). "This offer is made available to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") on the Website (defined below) maintained and operated by Netmeds Marketplace Limited ("Merchant")."
2.The Offer is valid from 3rd August, 2018 to 31st August, 2018 both days inclusive ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason, without prior notice, and without liability of any kind.

will be entitled to receive a cashback of an amount of 15% of the value of such transaction, up to a maximum cashback of INR 125 (each such transaction, a "Qualifying Transaction" , each such customer, a “Qualifying Customer”, and such cashback, “Cashback”).

4.In addition to the Cashback, in the event Qualifying Customer is an Amazon Prime member, the Qualifying Customer will be entitled to an additional cashback of INR 50 (“Additional Cashback”) for orders of Rs.250 & above from 3rd August to 17th of August. In other words, the Additional Cashback will be provided to a Qualifying Customer only if he/she has an active Amazon Prime membership for the Amazon.in account on the day of the Qualifying Transaction. Minimum amount paid using Amazon Pay should be Rs.250 for being eligible for the Prime exclusive cashback.
5.Both Cashback and additional cashback for a Qualifying Transaction will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay balance. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with Amazon Gift Cards. Amazon Gift Cards are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and are subject to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions available at http://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201522810
6.These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions. To the extent the Gift Card terms and conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
