Login with Aadhaar

Once you are on the Aadhaar Self Service Rectification Portal, just enter your 12 digit Aadhaar Number, solve the captcha and click on Send OTP. You will receive OTP through SMS on your registered mobile number, just enter the OTP and click on login.

Aadhaar Rectify Request

On next page you will get option to select fields which you want to rectify of Aadhaar Card, just select the fields from Name, Gender, DOB, Address, Mobile Number, and Email ID which you want to rectify and click on submit button.

How to Rectify Aadhaar Card Online

On next page you will get form to enter your new details which you want to rectify with old Aadhaar Card Details.

Just enter all those details and make sure the local language properly translates your details.

Once you are done with rectifying all with new details just click on submit update request button.

Next page you will be asked to review the submitted details once more, if it is correct just accept the terms and click on proceed.

Next you will have to upload the supported documents to prove the updated details, just upload the documents and click on submit button.

On next page select the BPO Service Provider which is best for you and click on submit, that’s it you are done submitting Aadhaar Card Rectification Request you will get URN Number for Update Request Submitted and also you can download the file for further usage.

In next 1 to 3 months your new rectified Aadhaar Card will be delivered to you.
