Where is Transfer Purchases Option in New iTunes 11?

Transfer Purchase's in iTunes allows you to transfer the purchased application which you have downloaded from App Store on your Apple Device  such as iPad, iPhone, iPod to your Computer iTunes Application library.

So that you can easily add the Application purchased on you new iPhone, iPad or iPod, no need to download it again and again it will be secured remain in the your computer so that you can easily sync your apple devices.

Transfer Purchases will download all purchased Application on to your computer and it will show in iTunes Application library.
