While booking Tickets on IRCTC it is normal to face problems like tickets not booked but money got deducted from bank or wallets.
So in such situations you should not get panic as it usually occurs with each and every IRCTC users who book tickets. There are several reasons behind this error to occur like Slow Internet Connection or Passenger opted for particular berth at the time of booking and ticket not booked due to choice of Berth not available or Other reasons such as network failures etc. or System or network failure at Banks end or at PG before remitting Ticket Amount to IRCTC etc.
FIX for IRCTC Ticket Not Booked but Money Deducted
If in any way the IRCTC tickets don't get booked and money gets deducted from your bank account or wallet like MobiKwik, PayTM etc. then the money should get refunded in your account in 2 to 3 working days, but in case if you don't receive the amount back in your account you should contact IRCTC as well as your bank regarding this transaction.
