How to change URL of Blogger/BlogSpot posts which is already published?

You can set a custom URL for your Blogger or BlogSpot post by using Permalink option in the post.

But you might be want to change the URL or Permalink of the post which is already posted and you might have been failed in it, because already publish posts in BlogSpot doesn’t gives option to change the URL that is the Permalink of the blog post.

Check out the below screenshot it’s the screenshot of the published blog post where when I go to change the URL by clicking on Permalink it’s not allowing or showing me anything to change the URL as its already posted that means I can’t change the URL of the already posted blog post.

So now to change the URL we will have to apply some trick, like go to the all posts mark the post of which you want to change the URL, and click on the above option Revert to Draft as showed in the below screenshot.

After you have finished doing revert to draft than edit that post and then click on Permalink, you will be able to see two options that is Automatic Permalink and Custom Permalink so to change the URL you click on Custom Permalink and enter the URL name to whatever you want to set to and click on done and then publish it so that it we be available live and you are done successfully changing your BlogSpot Post URL to custom name, you can see the below screenshot.
