Most of the people will know this and it’s very easy also, but I have posted this topic because of those people who don’t know to capture their desktop screen in Windows OS.
This is a very important when you want to take the screenshot of your screen for sending proof purpose etc.
After you capture your screen in the screenshot you can also attach it also send it through email.
No need to install third party software this is an inbuilt feature in Windows OS to take screenshot and save it.
It just takes only few seconds to capture the screenshot and save.
This capturing screenshot becomes essential for those who work in office’s those people should have knowledge on how to take screenshot of their desktop screen.
So here we go on how to take screenshot of our desktop.
People might be admiring what is the prt sc button on the keyboard, and what’s its use today I will let you the use of prt sc button on your keyboard located on your righ hand side top in middle of insert and delete button on the keyboard.
So let’s start with the chapter of capturing the screenshot of your desktop.
Just press prt sc button on your keyboard than open Paint application and click on paste or also you can press Ctrl+V so that it can be pasted, and you will see the magic that the when you have pressed the prt sc button it had taken the screenshot of the desktop screen and when you paste the image will be pasted into the Paint Application so now you can save the file which you have pasted in paint application and you can save it in which ever image format you want to save.
prt sc means Print Screen.
